Adding Page

Hi,
I try to add a page under my HOME page. (i try to add a GERMAN section to the root : see attached file)
As soon as i create the page, give a page-type and a title to it, concrete5 send me back to Home page of the website and didn't create a new page.
Any ideas why ?
