Adding some value to profile page.

At the beginning, I'm sorry for my poor english.
Ok, now my question. Is this possible to add to the profile page (every registred user) value e.g. with earned points. And only admin can add more points or take away. Can I do this in basic concrete5 or I have to work with code ? I hope every can understand what I'm trying to say ;)

Not sure if this is exactly what you need but 12345j has a rewards add-on, which lets you award points in a Concrete5.org style.
