Adding to user profile based on forms that they complete

Hi,
I am building a sports prediction website and in the initial registration users are required to select certain teams and players as part of the game and then every week after that they submit scores. What I need to know are the following four things:
1) Information that they have selected be shown on the personal profile. How can this be done?
2) Also when a user logs in how can I redirect them to their profile page.
3) If a user has not filled in the application form I want to highlight this in their profile page.
4) An external form is completed every week with scores. nce a user submits these scores I need these to be shown on the user profile when they log in.
Help is greatly appreciated.
