Adding an ajax navigation in a page

Hi everyone,
It's not the first time that i use C5 and i love it!
Now, i'm asking myself for how i can add, in my page, a bloc with navigation in left and content in right and where i can navigate without reload the page (like accordionhttp://nettuts.s3.amazonaws.com/015_Accordion/accordion-final.html... ) and with a esay way to edit it (add toogle, edit texte..)
How is the best way to go there.. I can try to create a Block for that but i need to have a base.
