Adding External Forms Tutorial

Is there a tutorial that explains how to add an External Form so I can select it as a block from the dropdown list in the External Forms block available when you select content.

I have a newsletter signup from from a third-party and its pure HTML.

I don't suppose you guys ever got around to a screencast about this topic? I've looked but didn't see anything...
