Adding PHP programs to my website

I just setup my site using concrete5. I redirected my main page tohttp://www.otspa.com/main5 from justhttp://www.otspa.com so it goes to my new site and not my old site.
I have a booking calendar that I want to put on my new website from my old. I add a new page its labeled schedule but I can't get to it. It automatically takes goes tohttp://www.otspa.com/Main5/index.php/booking_calendaruser_login_php... I need it to go towww.www.otspa.com/booking_calendar/user_login.php... . I put it in the page properties URL the way it should be but it automatically adds that main 5
