Adding Themes when Hosting with concrete5

Hi,
We were wondering how to install a theme from another site onto concrete5, so we can use it for our site. But in all the posts we've looked at it explains how to add a theme with the CMS zip thing. But we're hosting with concrete5 and can't do that, so we were hoping someone here could help.
