adding/editing pages

I am so new to this.....I am trying to edit and add pages, I just watched a video on concrete 5's website, but the "add a page" feature that they say to use is not listed on my dashboard or website? How do I do this?

If you are logged in, you should see add page on the toolbar at the top of the page. Additionally, you can add a page by going to Dashboard -> Sitemap. Just click on the page that you would like to be a parent of your new page, and click "Add Page".
