Advanced Permissions on Editor

Hi everyone,
I am having some problems with setting Permissions for an Editor, and I am unsure if it can be done at all?
I have an Editor in my Concrete version 5.6.1.
I would like to set a Permission in this way.
Within Page Types, I would like to set an overall Permission in regards to this Editor.
The task he/she should only be allowed to perform, when using for instance Left Sidebar Page Type, is to only to be able to add the Content Block from my block list.
Is this possible at all to set this Permission when selecting to set Permission on Page Type "Left Sidebar" ?
