Advanced permissions question

Hi,
I am planning to use Concrete5 to manage our companies personnel profiles.
My plan would that each person would have their own page and the ability to edit them. They could also create subpages under their own pages.
I was thinking that each user would have their own directory in the sitemap tree like this:
Home
- User 1
- User 2
What would be the best way to set permissions for these users? I wouldn't want to create a new group for each user but would like to set the permissions for each user separately.
