Advanced Permissions

How can I access the file to make the change to advance permissions? Will I only be able to do this if I use my own host?

Add
define('PERMISSIONS_MODEL', 'advanced');
to config/site.php

You should be able to use advanced permissions on any host, as long as you have access to edit site.php
