#advimage_dlg tinyMCS

Since an update from 5.4.1 to 5.4.2.2. the tinyMCS doesn't show proper labels (see screenshots, lots of placeholders for the language.

I googled and downloaded and installed en and de (which I use) into /concrete/js/tinyMCE/plugins/advimage/langs but without success. I also cleared and deleted cache.

Any help?
