After update members page display error

Hi
I noticed that after the update my members page is displaying a layout error on the auto nav part at the bottom. As you click on next and then next it get worse and worse. As i am a novice and it is a single page created by default on C5 i don't know how to edit and fix this problem. Can anyone help. The screen shot explains it a lot better
