All of my navigational links seem to reload the homepage

I find this really wierd, I have found that if I log out of editing my webage and try to use is like a user would, all of my links to the other pages seem to reload the homepage however when I have logged in to the editing interface the links all work as they should. Any Ideas of what is going on here would be very helpful.
