Alt/Title Tags disappear from file manager concrete5.7.5.6

Hi after changing the title tags as well as adding descriptions to all images in the File Manager. They have all since disappeared and reverted back to showing the file name as the title. I did a test changing the title, closed the pop up then had to refresh for the change to appear, then went into properties again and it was showing the previous title tag.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I have not experienced this before and just tried it again and it worked correctly.

Is this a new issue, were you able to change the titles before?

Is this a new install, have you modified any server permissions, modified code, added themes/add-ons, changed settings, or moved the install?

Hi

Thanks for the reply. It is a new install and yes it was moved from our server to the client's server. Im pretty stumped on why this happened.

Have you double checked your server permissions?
