Am I missing something?? Please help...

I would genuinely appreviate some help here guys...
I simply cannot see how to add, manage, create new users or groups??
I would like to make a client a new user, with their own login etc - but how do I create them - I have been through every dasboard option - I just cannot see it.
I go to my dashboard, click on - 'Users and Groups' - but there is only the 5 info blocks (Site Activity, stats, help, latest news & notes).
There is nowhere for me to 'add new user' or anything similar?
Please please help.
Thanks

Thank you for your reply ymne
I am using that version, I Go to Dashboard/Users and Groups/ but I do not have the 'add new user tab' or any other tab like this?
I am logged in as admin? Any other suggestions?

User Management(looks dated)

Advanced Permission
You should however have Buttons along the top once you enter the user and group section of the dashboard. The buttons ymne listed should be there in 5.3.3, if they aren't maybe you have a broken or incomplete installation of c5.

thanks areoclown, but see my reply above - I am really confused! Do you think I need to freshly instal?
If you really don't have these tabs, surely it would be good to reinstall everything. That's not supposed to be like you said.
Are you local or on a server (linux...)?
I hope you will find all how it should be. Were there an error during the installation?
Except someone give you another solution, I think you should reinstall everything.
Have a nice day.

well, I am not a c5 guru you can wait around, but if this is a fresh install and you don't mind doing it you might try wiping the install and doing it again step by step. This isn't something I have seen in my short while here. I certainly do have the buttons along the top of the panel.
Do you have any buttons at all along the top of the panel ? I attached a screenshot.
hmm guess I should have shrunk that down a bit. ok updated.

It wouldn't let me upload the screenshot for what ever reason.

yea it sounds like a partial install, like you are missing some of the tools.
I am not sure you can save your pages in this case, because I am not a guru on c5 you'll have to get support from another individual if you want to try to save your pages. I am not sure if those functions are tied into the database.
As an alternative to the other option, what you might try is this, before you do a complete reload. Re-Download 5.3.3 on your machine. Unzip it. Then upload the concrete folder and only the concrete folder. The concrete folder contains the core application, all the duplicate folders on the root contain your site content and settings.
Otherwise you may have to wipe everything and do the following. Though you are welcome to wait for frz or someone else to chime in there might be an easier solution.
Backup your entire current install, just copy the whole thing to another folder, on your machine. Maybe download 5.3.3 again. Then backup your databse, that can be done a few different ways depending on your host. If you have a control panel for your databases there is usually an option there somewhere, if its php admin you'll have to export your database to an sql file. Once that is done, you can nuke the database and start with a fresh install.

Thank you so much for your time and great advice - I will try the specific upload. I will let you know how I get on!
Thanks once again
Thanks once again
Just to let you know, have freshly installed and now have everything up and running as should be - thanks for your help once again.
Concrete 5 rocks!!
Concrete 5 rocks!!
If it's C5.3.3,
Go to Dashboard/Users and Groups/
and select "Add Users" tab.
In the section "Users and Groups",
You should have these tabs:
|Find Users|Add Users|Groups|User Attributes|Login & Registration|
It's simple and intuitive.
Cheers!
