Amiant css3 Menu and Internet Explorer

Hi,

I installed the Amiant_css3_menu add-on but I have a problem.

When I'm opening the site with Internet Explorer 8, the third level of the menu is not visible (see printscreen). When I installed the menu, the menu was hidden behind the conctent, I solved this by adding a z-index, but the third level menu is not showing up.

When I open the site in Firefox, the menu works great, like you see in the printscreen.

Thanks in advance,

Kenneth

I use Amiant as well, and also have an issue with IE8.

With 'compatibility view' disabled in IE, the menu selection does not take the color attribute...it is a gray rectangle.

With compatibility view enabled, the color is right but the shape is wrong.

I know the problem, but have not tried to fix it. I would assume that perhaps we need to contact the plugin developer (perhaps there is an update?)

I gave it up and have now the superfish addon.

I think Amiant is not compatible with Internet Explorer. I searched on the web and more people have trouble with IE but nobody has the right fix for me.

Good luck to you and hope you will fix the problem.

Regards,

Kenneth
