I have followed the discussion about using the Apache cache for a while. I recently noticed that 2 sites I have are hosted on Apache servers. However, They are shared hosting. can I still use the apache cache? Is it there already if it is an Apache server or do I have to install it? Is that not possible being shared servers? I would like to utilize the Apache cache but just don't know if the fact they are on Apache servers even means anything. All help is appreciated.
