Applying 'Subject' form field to actual email subject

Not sure how advanced it is to do this... Just using the simple forms default with C5 and i'd like to make a subject field and use it to email with the subject field...I got the email address working after looking up some solutions on here but haven't found one for the subject yet. I know where to edit the subject field but I'd like it more dynamic to what the user inputs.
