Attribute window hidden

I've inherited a Concrete 5 website, for some reason the options don't show up, when trying to change page details. I can't change the title of the page.

Hello,
2 things to check first: are there any errors in the Browser's console? And would there be any CSS interfering either by hiding stuff it shouldn't hide or by changing its positioning?

Are you using the super user account? If not, and on a 'normal admin' account, it could be a permissions issue perhaps.
