Auto Generate menu and footer

Hello
On my site i have a menu in auto nav, and a footer in a content block. How do i get those to create automaticly, when i create a new page?

You can add the blocks to the "page type" you are using. They will then be available on all new pages you create from that page type.
Like olliephillips said, in the dashboard:
Pages and Themes
Page Types (tab at top)
Click "Default" for the template you want to set default content to (button on far right)
You'll be brought to a normal-looking page which, when you edit, will ensure any blocks you add will automatically be present when you make a new page
