auto-message when adding a new page

Does anyone of you have a suggestion how I can do the following:
On a site with about 20 members, an email should be send to everyone when a new page is added (by an administrator) in the news-section of the site.
Is there a AddOn that will do the trick? Or maybe some workaround...

Although that code would be for all pages added not just the news section.
