Auto-Nav block will not load

Hi together
I use a new theme. Foundation 5.
Now i've got e issue.
The auto nav block block will sometimes not load. And when its not loading, there's a message "image not found". I think, this image was the old header image.
Clear the cache was not a solution!
Please help me. Thanks.
