Autonav to display only certain pages

Hi there,
I would like to know what solutions would you take into consideration to display only certain pages with the autonav block in the header.
The menu of the autonav block does not allow me to get rid of the home link, since it becomes redundant if you have a logo right besides. In summary, I would like to choose what pages to display or the autonav to display pages only from a certain page.
