Autonav not working (Sorted!) Pretty Urls

Hi,
My autonav isnt picking up my pages properly.
The only one working is Home, despite the path being localhost8888: Home when there is no file called Home in the Themes folder. The home page is called default.php. All the otherpath names (set in Properties– Page Paths and Locations) are reading correctly.
What am I missing here?
My Superfish nav is fine.
