background image automatically inserted

When I add a new Content Header Block to one of my subpages, it automatically adds the interoptics starfish image as my background image within the block.

There's no background image setting in the content editor so I'm not really sure why it gets added automatically - and it interferes with my text that I do want added.

Any help on this is appreciated.

Its in Dashboard > Pages and Themes > Page Types > Default (for your particular page layout type. Delete the image there and new pages will not have the image automatically inserted.
