Hi everyone,

I've been trying to back up my website, Concrete5 hosted on dreamhost, for awhile now and it won't back up my site. I'm not getting any error messages or anything, I just get a blank page and when I pull up the website again there's no new backup. This makes me nervous because, obviously, backups are our friends. I'm pretty computer illiterate and don't know anything about coding but maybe somehow there's a code error for some reason? Is there anything I can do that might fix this?
