Where do I start.

I have a c5 install for my own site and my wifes ballet school.

Im editing both on the same mac and I think passwords and things have been muddled.

Also I purchased the blog and sliding content last night (and have the receipt) but have no confirmation from Concrete and the downloads havent come.

Ive managed to reset my password for the ballet school by checking MYSql.

It seems that the email address used for the school although valid doesnt seem to work.

We dont receive anything from concrete (although it is in the databsase)

So now the latest addons are no where to be seen.

Sorry its probably my fault, but Im a bit stuck here.

It seems that I cant log in as two separate accounts from the same dev machine? Is that right? Im either logged in as Nige or Melinda. If I go to 'help' from the ballet school website, despite logging on as Melinda, when I go to the forums or marketplace Im logged in as Nige or vice versa. This has coused a few issues.
