Blocks reset themselves

Every time I try to add a block of HTML content to anywhere on my site (I was going to use the right column) or in the global scrapbook, the content doesn't post and when I look at the "block" it says has been added, there is no code. The block type still says HTML but nothing is there. If it helps I'm trying to add a Facebook "Like Box" and here is the code that they give me.

The iframe code I posted into notepad and made a new html file and it worked. Any ideas?

Yes I do...I tried adding an exception for myself but to no avail.
