Blog post publish location

Hello

How do I change the location of the publish location, for some reason if I go into compose viahttp://salemchapelfurniture.co.uk/index.php/dashboard/composer/writ... it defaults the publish locations to "beneath gallery"

Had a look around but cannot see where I can change the location, I have just added a blog pagehttp://salemchapelfurniture.co.uk/news/...
but I cannot get new posts to go there

I have managed to sort out the publish under issue, but now when I make a new post it publishes a new page as a sub page, instead of a blog entry, any ideas thanks
