I have customised my own theme around the greek yogurt theme and am trying to use the thumbnail so the text runs alongside instead of underneath, please help ?

I was having the same problem...it's the theme. I have thumbnails set on another site, with a different theme and it works beautifully.

I ended up using Page List Title add on http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/page-list-title/...

It is an elegant solution and well worth the bit of extra effort needed.
