How far into development are you on your site?
If you're still relatively in the beginning, and it would be easy to just re-install Concrete5, that would be a good way to go.
I would give you the code that goes into the default blog page in Concrete5, or just give you the .php file itself, but I'm not sure if it goes against any of Concrete5's rules.
