Browsers not reading my text blocks

Permalink 1 user found helpful
I just built and published my new site and several people have complained that they can't see my text. I'm not having any trouble with images, so I had to go in and make my text into a jpg. then reload it. That's the only way I can figure for everyone to see it. Firefox and Opera were fine, but Internet Explorer showed either no text at all or mime patterns. How do I get the text block to be seen by all browsers?

Do you happen to have a link? Maybe it’s just a typical IE CSS issue?

um. dummy here. what is a CSS issue? Are you asking for my url or a different link?

Erm… you should know what CSS is when you’re creating a website. But anyway, I was asking for the link to your site. Nobody here is psychic and there could be millions of reasons why something isn’t working. So please be as elaborate as possible (and a link to your site would help tremendously).

have you been copying and pasting text from Word into your content block?
