Bulk operations on file manager

I have not been successful performing bulk operations on files. I select a set of files to delete (for example), click Delete, and only the first in the set is deleted.

This is working just fine on the latest version of 5.7. You should be able to select the check boxes, then at the top of the file manager next to the keyword search there is a dropdown that by default says "Items Selected". Change that to "Delete". You will then be presented with a dialog confirmation showing you the files you selected to be deleted.

If you're not on the most recent version of 5.7 I'd recommend updating (5.7.5.2 at this time).
