C5 Version 5.6.3.4 - Editing site gives error messages
PermalinkNow I have problem editing the site. Get error messages that won't allow me to save edits. See attached screen shots of error messages.
1. I tried adding a new main content block and got ( see attached error 1)
{"alD":"277", arHandle":"Main","cID":"251", "error":false, " ( and then I can't see the rest of the error string)
2. Then I tried editing existing copy and get ( see attached error 2)
" an unexpected error occurred. Unable to get permission key for write< Back to Home
Then it won't let me close the windows until I click save or the X or the web browser window several times and struggle several times to close the window. It eventually does close and it actually makes the changes. But really very frustrating and obviously something changed with the upgrade.
Can someone help?

Can you tell me how to get back to 5.6.3.3. I don't know how to do that.
Thanks for following up on this!!!
1. Create a backup of the root/concrete directory
2. Download 5.6.3.3 from herehttp://www.concrete5.org/developers/developer-downloads/...
3. Extract the concrete directory ONLY from the zipped file
4. Zip it so it can be easily uploaded to your hosting account
5. Create a new folder/directory to upload 5.6.3.3 to so you keep it separate. Just a precautionary measure, upload the zipped 5.6.3.3 and than unzip/uncompress it inside the directory you just created.
6. This is always the scary part... you'll want to delete the current 5.6.3.4 "concrete" directory in root and then move the newly uploaded 5.6.3.3 folder directly into its place in the root directory. You will want to pick a time when there is little traffic in case something goes wrong.
6. If it fails, I always delete the new instance of "concrete" and just uncompress the backup of the original directory with 5.6.3.4 and you're back in business.
