Caching Error

I need help on this C5 error I'm getting. It only happens every now and then when trying to edit a gallery page or the testimonials page.

Should I have caching on? or disabled? Is it a hosting error?

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8192 bytes) in /home/site/www/concrete/libraries/3rdparty/Zend/Cache/Backend/File.php on line 955
