Can anyone suggest a highly flexible and customisable add-on for forms?

Hi,
I am looking for a add-on which can be highly customisable.
My Requirements are to write custom scripts on the fields, show-hide fields as per selection criteria, some fields should submit to API...
Before buying one I would like some ideas from the forum members if all those things could be possible in any of the form add-on?

You could attack the problem the other way round. Use a low-key form block and then add script in an html block or with my jQuickie block.

ProForms has conditional form fields. "only show when X field = this".
