Can Not connect my site to concrete5

Whenever I try to add an ad-on the dashboard says,

The base URL of your site does not match a registered instance of the site.

What the heck, I just need to get connected to conrete5 but my login and password is not working. I've tried to even make a new login and password and still nothing.

I think you have to connect your site to the community to get the extra add-ons. If I'm not mistaken, the login for the community is different to the login details of your website. Create a new account with community.

I tried and this is my brand new user name and still not working.

Are you trying to log into your website as admin, or are you trying to log into concrete5.org?
