I have somehow managed to mess my site up and the login page no longer seems to work.
What can I do to get logged back in to I can carry on working on my site?

try accessing the login by typing this in your browser.
http://www.yoursitename.com/index.php/dashboard/...
(replace the yoursitename.com bit with your domain name, so if your site name is awesome.ca, that's what you would put there)
This will bring you to the system sign in page. So if the problem is a login page you made this should get you around that, and in. If the problem is the system login page than it obviously wont help.
