Can not login as admin after changing using email for login/registration

Ok, changed login with email vs user name and now locked out. Have no idea what the related email is for the admin as I never used it, tried a dozen possibilities.

What file can I edit to show the username box at login, or get at this another way?

Thanks John! Believe it or not I had this same problem back in Oct, and got direction on going into the database! Too early here! Thanks much for you help!
