You will need to go to your Full Sitemap in the Dashboard and click on Home and Set Permissions and update the permissions for the Editors Group to be what you want them to be throughout the site. If you are trying to give them permissions to only certain pages you will need to edit the permissions for only those certain pages.

You will probably also want to go under System & Settings and then File Manager Permissions (if they need to be able to add/edit pictures) and give them some permissions to Search Files in File Manager and Add File.

Did you go into the Dashboard to the Full Sitemap and add the required permissions to the Home page? All the other pages should take their permissions from the top level Home page, so adding permissions for your group in that place should do what you want.
