Can users add their own pages

Is there any way or any add-on available that would let members of a site create their own pages/articles.

I have a client that wants a users section where users of his site can add their own articles that other people can comment on..

Check out the Best Suite Core add-on. It's use is basically with page types and page attributes, with a nice editing interface. I use it on a few sites!
