Can't Change Password
Permalink
Hello,
I'm working on a revised website for a group of clients. I've created a username/password for each person in this group and have added each of them to the group "Administrators" so that they can change their passwords.
They are able to log in with the default passwords I've set for each of them, but they're UNABLE TO CHANGE THEIR PASSWORD. I've walked them through the process, and they tell me that once they enter their new password in the fields provided and click "Update User," the page just stays the same -- nothing happens.
I logged into their accounts from my end and was able to reset their passwords just fine. After clicking "Update User," the page displays the following notification: "User updated successfully. Password changed."
Why am I able to change their passwords from my end, but THEY aren't? I'm very stumped and frustrated about this issue. I'm not even entirely sure if this is an issue with Concrete5 itself. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

I would suggest, if possible, for them to either try a different web browser or a different computer. It definitely does not sound like it is a problem with concrete or your website since you are able to do it on your computer with their accounts.
