can't delete menu item, edit background image

Hi, I'm new to this. I'm used to working with Dreamweaver, and hand coding.
How do I edit the menu on this site (soundcheckfilm.com)? I wanted to delete "band" but can't see how to edit the menu. I deleted the band page, but it's still in the menu.
Also, I can't see how to edit background image, or anything that is outside the central area (ie the soundcheck logo, the facebook,myspace logos at the bottom of the page.) When I choose "edit page" only the central section is editable.

it looks like its hard coded into the template
When I look at the source code (via browser), I can see what I need to delete, but how do I access the code on concrete?
look in /themes/custom it should have some php files
thanks Mnkras, but I don't know how to access that directory. Is there ftp access with concrete? I didn't know you could upload and download files directly to the server. That would be WAY easier.
