Can't Login to Edit my Web page

I'm new at this. Spent 7 hours yesterday building a site. I can login to c5, but can't log in to my website to make edit. I've tried the button at the bottom of my page, and also the link from the nice email that c5 sent me on how to edit my site. Neither works. Anyone know a fix, or a PHONE NUMBER for c5?

are you entering the right info?

It doesn't even allow me to enter info, I just get a PAGE NOT FOUND message. Here is the link they emailed me:

I've been able to get at a login page via my 'History' pages, where I try to login, but get that blasted PAGE NOT FOUND. again. Also tried the 'FORGOT MY PASSWORD', but I don't recieve an email from them, and it goes to that PAGE NOT FOUND again.

upload the root/concrete directory again, it sound like a file wasn't uploaded or you deleted one.

OK, how would I do that?

download the most recent from here:
http://www.concrete5.org/developers/downloads/...
Inside the zip will be a folder. open the folder, and there should be a folder named concrete inside it. Upload that via you cpanels file manager inside public html, overwritting the current folder concrete there now.

I can not find where my orginal concrete 5 was installed on the computer, and I can not find my search button. Generally I am not so tech-stupid, but any ideas where I look in my file manager?

OK, searched my C: for 'concrete' and got nada. Searched for 'public' and got 5 million :) Any other suggestions?

you need to search you web host. It looks like you host with bluehost, so go to the bluehost dashboard. There should be a file manager icon there. CLick on it, and there should be a list of files. One will be a folder called public_html. Open that and thats where you upload the concrete folder to.

Gotcha. I am extracting files, so that I can upload just the one folder.

well that was a disaster. I had to upzip and save on my hard drive, then isolate the 'conrete' folder, re-zip, upload to the FM on the webhost, then unzip, but it put it in it's own folder and didn't overwrite anything. So I selected all contents and moved them up a level under the public_html, and it must have automatically over-rode the old files, becuase I am now getting an different error message. I am afraid that I royally messed something up. Can I delete/reinstall?

delete everything related to c5 and then either install everything you unzip on hardrive or try a one click install again
