can't sign in to edit mode

downloaded through fatcow. Go to sign in, it allows me to sign it but does not enter edit mode. Just keeps giving me the same screen that says at the bottom to sign in to edit. I sign in again, and it takes me to the same screen.
Tried unistalling, resetting passwords. contacting concrete5. No response by email sent hours ago.
Fatcow throws hand up and tells me to contact concrete5. I'll never use them again and am about to give up on concrete5 working.

still nothing from my email at concrete5.
Is it possible your downloads from Fatcow are corrupted? If you haven't tried yet, it may be worth your time to download the current version from here and upload via FTP. http://www.concrete5.org/developers/downloads/...

yeah, I would like to use it but it still won't enter edit mode. I've uninstalled and re-installed three times.

Tried different computer, different browser. Installed again. Same problem. Allows me to log in but does not go into edit mode.
None of my emails are being answered by concrete5 and fatcow has stated they don't support them and to contact them.
All their how to videos tell how easy they are to use. Well, it may be if you can actually use it. There's the problem.

I hope you do get to try out c5, its a great software!
