Can't change page order in sitemap??

Permalink 1 user found helpful
Hello,

I can't change the page order in the site map for some reason. When I select "Change page order" then drag an aliased page to a new location, the order is not updated in my page list blocks. I collapse and expand the folder, and the page is back in the same place it was before.

Am I the only one experiencing this problem?

I am using Concrete 5.3.1.1

UPDATE:

After further testing, I discovered that I could not change the order of an aliased page reliably. I could, however, change the position of an external link. However, I could not change the name of the external link once I had created it. I had to delete my test external link, remove the alias, create a new external link which points to the address of my page and then re-order it. I'm hoping this can be fixed ...

I'm having the same issue and running on 5.6.2.1.

I drag and drop from the sitemap and then the a rotating icon appears and does nothing to "set" the change. So I have an almost completed site however I can't change the order of the pages to how they should be.

If anyone has a solution, would be so helpful!

I recall this was a bug caused by the install of a particular add-on, the webli toolbar I think. (It's an awesome add-on, just a very obscure bug popped up).

Do you have that installed by any chance? Or any other add-on that adds toolbar buttons?

Ended up being one of the add-ons (problog). Uninstalled it all, then reinstalled and its all working properly now.
