can´t install themes or they don´t show up

I downloaded three additional themes from marketplace. The first one insalled right. The second one is showing up as being ready to download and also as being ready to install, but when I try to, it just says, downloaded already, installed already.
The third one does´nt show up at all

If you have file manager access or ftp on your web host try downloading the theme to your hard drive and then manually uploading into your themes directory. This can help narrow down the problem.
