can´t display pictures ?

hi, i installed c5 and at present state i play around to learn how things work. my problem is that i can´t see my(any) pictures. and this is quite sure not a local browser setting. does anyone has any idea? i don´t even get a error somewhere. thanks for your help in advance-K

This sounds like a unix permissions problem. Do you have a live version for us to check out?

Try setting your files folder to 777
