Cannot change Description, Title and Meta

please help me ı can't change description, title and meta tag parts where is the problem ı do everyhing. For exapmle ı wrote description part but just see in which is login by user but order browser cannot show any changes.

I can't say if it's correct or not but you do have something set.
To update title and description you need to edit the page properties of the page in question. Once that is done and saved you can always clear the site cache (just enter 'Clear Cache' in the intelligent search to find it). You should also clear your browser cache to really be sure you get the latest information from your web server.
I also noted you are on Concrete5 v. 5.5.1, so I would advice you to upgrade (latest version is 5.6.0).
